All orders are individually printed for you, using the latest technology and environmentally friendly printing inks and cotton. This will mean orders will take slightly longer to get to you than you might be used to.
We dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days of receiving them. You will be notified of the dispatch by email.
We make all of our products to order, we believe this is the right thing to do ethically. We want to avoid any excess stock and wastage.
We also only work with the best production partners to ensure the items you receive are first class. Working with the best means that are products are made in different locations. Unfortunately, that means we have to charge for shipping twice if you order soft goods and hard goods.
Double shipping will be combined at the checkout, if it's too much, we understand, but we decided that we needed to stick to our principles - the best quality products, made to order.
IMPORTANT: We ship 90% of all goods from the UK. Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid - Chunk Clothing is not responsible for any additional charges.
Chunk Clothing do not collect and remit VAT from orders that are exported from the UK. Any Sales Tax duty payable at the point of import is the responsibility of the customer. Chunk Clothing will not refund orders that are returned to sender due to non-payment of Sales Tax or Duties.
Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
