Product information

All orders are individually printed for you, using the latest technology and environmentally friendly printing inks and cotton. This will mean orders will take slightly longer to get to you than you might be used to.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days of receiving them. You will be notified of the dispatch by email.

We make all of our products to order, we believe this is the right thing to do ethically. We want to avoid any excess stock and wastage.

We also only work with the best production partners to ensure the items you receive are first class. Working with the best means that are products are made in different locations. Unfortunately, that means we have to charge for shipping twice if you order soft goods and hard goods.

Double shipping will be combined at the checkout, if it's too much, we understand, but we decided that we needed to stick to our principles - the best quality products, made to order.

Additional Tax Information

IMPORTANT: We ship 100% of all goods from our UK & E.U factories. Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid - Chunk Clothing is not responsible for any additional charges.

Chunk Clothing do not collect and remit VAT from orders that are exported from the UK. Any Sales Tax duty payable at the point of import is the responsibility of the customer. Chunk Clothing will not refund orders that are returned to sender due to non-payment of Sales Tax or Duties.

 

Non-Delivery

Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.

Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.

How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

We deal with every return personally. If you wish to return an order, please contact enquiries@chunkclothing.com

In your email make sure you tell us:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for returning the items
  • Want an exchange? Tell us what you'd like to replace your item with
  • Or let us know if you want a full product refund

We endeavour to reply to all exchange and refund queries within 24-48 hours.

Please remember:

  • You will not be entitled to a refund if the goods you have ordered are personalised or bespoke to your specification, unless the goods we have supplied to you are faulty or not as described on our website.
  • Allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us to process your return.
  • Any returns received after 90 days will not be processed.
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show on your bank statement.
  • Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. Goods are the customer's responsibility until they arrive with our customer service team.

    If you believe the goods to be incorrect or faulty, please email enquiries@chunkclothing.com and include clear images of the item(s).

    We may ask you to return the products to our Claims Centre at your own cost for investigation, as detailed in our Terms of Service. Details of the process for returning and reimbursement will be provided at the time of your request.

    Our returns policy does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

    Can I purchase items with another currency?

    Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

    Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, then send us an email at enquiries@chunkclothing.com and we'll rectify.
